This heart remembers when…..
On this road, some called “less traveled”
Is where my mind goes back like braids unraveled….
Sometime in a day, a place and space,
I recall vividly a warm gentle spirit, a blessing treasured and the glow of your smiling face.
Your eyes like brilliant white pearls
And your long hair like that of a flag in the wind that unfurls!
Remembering each strand and the texture and smell….
My fingers running thru it felt like silk and so smooth, is all I really could tell!
Some say there are moments etched in time;
When things were simple and the touch between two spirits seemed to be His tapestry design!
My mind goes back over and over again….
To a gifted priceless friend with a moment that only I had been….
In hues of purple and some shades of blue,
It was day of capture, but more of you….
The essence and aromas that filled the room were soothing and gave my soul peace and rest;
The comfort and completeness felt, I knew, because He predestined only His best!
When taking a deep breathe to deeply inhale;
It was remembering fragrances and perfume along with exchanging soft touch, I knew that two souls together would one day set sail!
With few words spoken; thoughts simple and our spirits pure;
Our hearts connected in ways so sure….
If peace comes without really understanding; it certainly happened to me back then!
My thoughts forever written in time-

There are far few times when you meet a person and they know your thoughts, your heart and feelings without one word spoken;
With each gentle gesture and affirmation given;
Loves friendship is given from heart to heart- our best token!

My prayers my thoughts to Him; to keep you – protect you and bless you – I send!
