Tangled and tormented in the sleepless nights of a sandman’s nightmare of horror! Our ghosts and demons are like the monsters hidden behind our closet door!
Haunted and stricken just blaming and hating ourselves for the curses and choices and regrets of yesterday’s dreams;
Never let go of hope, a newer tomorrow, and remember no more yesterday’s once heavier darker schemes!
Sometimes less than a moment’s notice,
Our whole world can change or shatter!
Like a thief in the night;
Tragedy can strike suddenly, especially with those we love and care about and who really matter!
We come from all walks of life….
Some happy, some joyful while others find only strife!
From dysfunctional, abandoned, abused
The ghosts and monsters in our closets
Can be a challenge, a struggle or just feeling hurt, un-forgiveness and totally used!
From early childhood to family trauma
Thy curses find us and follow us sometimes a lifetime if we let them.
However the choice is ours to determine the life we lead as a good father or mamma.
Tragedy and trauma can be both a curse or a blessing;
If we choose to learn and find its lesson!
Merely temporary tenants and caretakers on this planet called earth,
We are all called according to His glory
For divine purpose and special reason!
None of us found blameless or perfect no matter the time or season!
Not meant to judge or condemn,
We are not better or perfect than any other, all created with flaws and blemishes and scars!
Just as the planets, Venus, Jupiter and Mars!
In this tapestry that makes up our entire world,
One thing is perfectly clear, we are all different and created unique with many gifts and talents and abilities!
In all our differences and opinion, we have that common thread that binds us all together!
Like a flock of seagulls of the same feather.
Let our callousness fall and love care and empathy increase!
When we see others hurting,
Let us bring care and compassion and love that will end or cease!
A train can take us sometimes without notice to very far away places!
Where we encounter a life suddenly with many new faces!
Without notice or even much warning!
No matter our faults, fears, anxieties or troubles,
May we stand not alone or divided,
But truly accountable selfless and united
Yes our problems and grief and fear may never totally go away,
But remember, with each other hand in hand, recovery is a lifetime achievement of overcoming and conquering our fears and the constant healing process!
In the end it’s about people, friendships and relationships that will and should remain
All the money, wealth and material things will eventually pass away and leave you nothing to gain!
